Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for eligible returns, damaged items, or incorrect products delivered. Items must be unused and in original condition (where applicable).

• Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products such as digital goods, downloadable licenses, or customized items may not be eligible for refund once delivered.
