Shipping, Delivery & Exchange Policy

PaySquad Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd dispatches all parcels through reliable courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. You can track your shipment via the My Account / Order Status page.

We deliver through trusted partners such as:

Cash on Delivery is available only within India for orders below ₹1000.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹49 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹999

Express orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Prepaid orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

If you are unable to track your order, please contact us at info@paysquad.in and we will assist you promptly.

If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-dispatch will be arranged as per your instructions.

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing items, please inform us within 3 days of delivery via email.

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. If you have received only part of your order, please check your tracking details in My Account. If delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us at info@paysquad.in.

We maintain a hassle-free exchange process to ensure customer satisfaction.

• No exchange will be accepted for minor color variations due to screen resolution differences.
• Exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• No cash refunds for exchange requests.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
• Damaged, altered, or soiled products will not be accepted.
• Discounted or special offer items are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Semi-finished products cannot be returned due to length or stitching preferences.

If a cancellation request is received before shipment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Orders already processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
