Returns & Refunds Policy

At PaySquad Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, you are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 15 days from the date you receive the goods, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date we receive the returned goods using the same payment method used for the original purchase, without any additional charges.

• The item must have been purchased within the last 15 days.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
• Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
• Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
